Sometimes, you need a little bit of help. You might know what you need. You might not. That is okay.

Not OK? OK. is a place where we try to help you get, find, or figure out what you need to be okay.

Sometimes you are very not okay, and it is really urgent. That is okay. We have links to a lot of resources that can be immediate help no matter how bad it is.

Sometimes you need to talk, but not necessarily TO somebody. Sometimes you need to just spit out your problems and process them outside of your own head. That is okay. We offer an AI chat for that, called OKBot. It isn't very advanced yet, but we're constantly working on improving it.

Sometimes you might feel like you're drifting, or sinking, or dissociating, or more. That is okay. We have guides to help you stabilize and ground yourself.

Sometimes you need to read or hear something positive. That is okay. We have a positivity wall where you can read a note, or a whole lot of notes, or leave some of your own when you are feeling okay, to help others.

If you are not okay, you might not want a lot of people to know. We have a detailed privacy policy, but the short version is, we don't store or share anything that you don't explicitly tell us to share. And we don't ask for or keep any personal information about you. That wouldn't be okay.

Sometimes, you are okay. That is also okay. We're here to help you stay that way, and you are always welcome to give back and contribute, to help people who are not okay right now. Coming soon!
